Figure sedute

The photograph depicts two polychrome terracotta statuettes representing two seated men, one of whom is holding a small container in his hand. Both have earrings adorning their faces, both on their noses and earlobes, and bracelets on their arms. The pair of objects date back to the middle-late classical period, approximately 200 BC - 200 AD, and come from the state of Nayarit in western Mexico.
