Descrizione
Soft-paste porcelain vase with celadon glaze [inv. 3243]. Richard-Ginori Ceramic Company, 1930 (design and form). The decoration shows, on one side, a palm tree and two winged figures, and on the other, a palm tree and an animal. In this case, the reference to non-Western cultures does not pertain to the shape or decoration, but rather to the material of the object. The vase is part of a series of porcelain pieces coated with celadon glaze, clearly inspired by Chinese models.
